The Lynn Donaldson team watches the details, scrutinizing what you can't be there to see. We:

  • book all trades and confirm which candidates are chosen for the job
  • discuss and confirm how work is to be performed (must meet or exceed our company standards) prior to beginning work on site
  • establish a realistic timeline and book trades accordingly
  • continuously update and manage the project schedule as the project evolves
  • ensure that work is held to high standards through quality control checks and scheduled site meetings by site supervisors and direct project manager visits
  • perform a final walkthrough at the end of each project to create project completion list. This includes all defects and deficiencies. We will book trades appropriately and efficiently to complete any deficient work
  • mediate between clients and trades to resolve disagreements
  • track project costs vs. budget numbers through project reconciliations and invoice authorization
  • arrange additional work ("extras") to be carried out throughout the duration of a project as required, based on the most efficient scheduling and cost effectiveness
