Project Reveal: Part II – Mayfair Upper Floor Renovation

September 15, 2019 | written by Lindsey

Last week we showed you Part I of our Mayfair Residence upper floor renovation and today we are going to share the after photos of the children’s bathrooms.

How playful and whimsical are these spaces! We had so much fun selecting the materiality, especially the show stopping birds and butterflies wallpaper by Schumacher. The combination of custom white cabinetry, carrara white marble hex floor tile and black fixtures/drawer pulls all helped to create the perfect environments to grow with this family.

The statement finish in the second bathroom is the timeless Spanish cement look a like porcelain floor tile. The other elements in this space were kept clean and contemporary – flat panel graphite single vanity, matte black fixtures and white subway wall tile.

We loved having the opportunity to modernize this wonderful home for this amazing family!
